Northland Controls is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to provide service desk support for physical security systems and related technologies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for service tickets, ensuring timely triage, coordination, and resolution in line with Northland’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve service tickets from intake through completion.

Provide first-line technical support and escalate issues as needed.

Coordinate service queues, engineering visits, and remote sign-offs.

Maintain system documentation and technical configurations.

Manage spares inventory and assist with ticket invoice reconciliation.

Support process improvement initiatives and service reporting.
Qualifications

5 years’ experience in a service desk or technical support role within the security industry.

Experience supporting access control and CCTV systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills with security technologies (biometrics, alarms, key management).

Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:

Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, or similar certifications.

Installer or service engineering background.

Basic IT networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, cloud).
