The Department of Health and Sport Sciences at the University of Louisville is seeking candidates for the position of Clinical Assistant Professor or Lecturer in its Exercise Physiology program with a focus on statistics and sport science. This position is a non-tenure-track, 10-month renewable appointment. The start date for this position is January 1, 2027. Preferred candidates will hold an advanced degree in statistics, sport analytics, sport science, or a closely related field, and demonstrate a strong record of teaching at the university level. Experience teaching applied statistics, data analysis, and sport analytics within sport science or human performance contexts is especially valued. We seek to strengthen the department with professionals who will make a significant scholarly impact on our students, advance the program through service, enhance the college’s urban mission, and expand our partnerships within the College, the University, and the community.
