What You’ll Do:
As an HR Intern, you’ll get a behind‑the‑scenes look at how a people‑focused organization operates while helping us live out our mission to be our members’ most trusted financial partner.
You’ll help with:
- 📁 Organizing, filing, scanning, and maintaining HR documents
- 💻 Supporting daily office and administrative tasks
- 🎯 Assisting with recruiting activities like posting jobs and scheduling interviews
- 👋 Helping prepare materials and set up for new employee orientation
- 🎉 Supporting employee events and internal communications
- 🔐 Learning how to responsibly handle confidential employee information
What We’re Looking For:
- 🎓 Preferable (but not required): Currently enrolled in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related program
- 🖥 Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ✅ Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
- 🤝 Friendly communicator with a professional attitude
- 🔒 Able to maintain confidentiality
