Duties
- Greet visitors professionally at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and assistance
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or executives
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic record-keeping and data entry using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, handling correspondence, and supporting customer service efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment or clerical role with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry procedures
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist a diverse client base effectively
- Experience with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties, or personal assistant roles is a plus
