We are looking for a coach with proven coaching results in development, college and/or professional playing experience and is passionate about advancing their coaching career. This is a unique opportunity offering flexible scheduling, a full Tecnifibre sponsorship, clear pathways for advancement, and future expansion opportunities
This is an hourly position combined with a monthly salary, with compensation based on the coach’s experience and the value they bring to the academy. The role includes attending 1–2 tournaments per month as part of the salaried responsibilities.
