About the Opportunity
We're growing our sales team and looking for motivated, confident people who know how to communicate, build relationships, and create opportunities.
This is a commission-based sales opportunity with no base salary or hourly pay. You earn commission on clients you bring to NorthHorn Creative that successfully close.

What You'll Do
• Prospect and identify potential business clients
• Make outbound calls and connect with decision-makers
• Introduce businesses to NorthHorn Creative and our services
• Qualify interested prospects and generate sales opportunities
• Follow up with potential clients
• Maintain basic records of outreach and leads
• Work directly with the founder to move qualified opportunities toward closing
Who We're Looking For
• Sales, business development, cold-calling, or customer-facing experience is preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
• Consistent with outreach and follow-up
• Coachable and willing to learn our services and sales process
• Local to the Tulsa area preferred
Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary. Commission is earned on qualifying business brought to NorthHorn Creative that results in a closed, paid client. Full commission details will be discussed with qualified candidates before they accept the opportunity.
