YOU ARE NOT A GOOD FIT IF…
(Read this carefully—we mean it.)
- You wait to be told what to do instead of taking initiative
- You don’t enjoy talking to people or following up
- You avoid honest or slightly uncomfortable conversations
- You are disorganized or forget details easily
- You prefer working behind a desk vs engaging with people
- Your energy is low, flat, or inconsistent
- You think being “nice” is enough (this role requires engagement)
- You don’t notice when someone hasn’t been around or is struggling
- You see this as “just a job” instead of something you take ownership of
If you don’t LOVE helping people stay on track and feel supported, you will not enjoy this role.
