The Halloween Trail Staff is responsible for helping guests with our Halloween Trail. This is a seasonal, part time position October 1st - October 29, 2025. Hours 7-11pm and reports to General Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Interactions
- Help guide the guests into the attraction
- Keep guest safety and satisfaction in mind by guiding guests to the entrance or exit, maintaining order in lines and answering questions
- Must be able to speak to large groups of guests to inform them of the rules of the Haunted Trail
- All employees must remain in their positions and perform their duties until dismissed by the Supervisor
- Report any unsafe acts or conditions to the Supervisor immediately
- Maintain a clean work environment for the Haunted Trail, break area, makeup area, and costumes
- Any other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- High energy and a love for Halloween
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Provide quality guest interactions with consistent upbeat, fun, and energetic personality at all times
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Can handle issues as they arise and take quick action to resolve them personally
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Required to work nights, weekends
- Work with minimal supervision
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to stand outside in any weather conditions for extended periods
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
- Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, serve, etc.
