Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Schedule service appointments and maintain appointment logs
Provide general information about dealership services and departments
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
Cashier Duties
Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts
Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately
Issue receipts and reconcile daily cash drawer
Prepare end-of-day reports and deposit summaries
Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or receptionist roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
