Duties and Responsibilities:
Our Servers are responsible for ensuring members and their guests have a positive experience at the club by exhibiting excellent customer service.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Greeting members/guests and taking their respective orders.
- Staying attentive to the needs of our members/guests in the dining area.
- Delivering food in a timely manner from the kitchen to our members/guests.
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for members/guests.
- Following health code standards with regard to the handling of food.
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, prebussing tables, wiping tables removing debris, and more.
- Ensuring that all front-of-the-house operation procedures, including food and beverage handling, storage, and hygiene meet safety standards and regulations.
- As part of our team atmosphere, each employee will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, even if it is not part of your day-to-day job description.
Job Details and Requirements:
Part-time positions available.
- Previous Country Club or Restaurant experience is a plus.
- Alcohol training certification experience is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bartenders must be at least 21 years or older.
- Successful candidates must have reliable transportation.
