Duties

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child’s development.
- Maintain classroom management by establishing rules and routines that promote respect and responsibility.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an inclusive learning environment for all children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in childcare or education settings
- At least 12 units in Early Childhood Development
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and special education practices is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering positive relationships with students.
- First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and contributing positively to their growth.
