- Oversee program staff in their particular program, and are responsible for the coaching effectiveness of staff and the quality of the program, with help of the recreation coordinator.
- Oversee child behavior, and implement the disciplinary action plan as needed.
- Arrive early, know and fully execute the plan for each day, engage 100% throughout the program, teach general disciplines of each activity, enhance skill development, build relationships with youth, and communicate as needed with parents/guardians.
- Show enthusiasm and create fun, positive experiences through words, actions, and non-verbal's.
- Keep track of time worked and record it on timesheets.
- Openly communicate with the recreation coordinator, in a timely manner, regarding vacation requests, program issues, etc.)

Pay Rate/Range: $16.10/hr. - $17.45/hr.
