Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Services Aide supports Rehabilitation Services care delivery by ensuring that therapy area is prepared for patient treatment. Monitors supply inventory and maintains therapy equipment. Oversees Rehabilitation volunteer program. Assists with routine patient-related tasks as directed.
Compensation
We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.49-$23.28. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
Key Accountabilities

Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipate needed supplies

Place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies for all rehabilitation locations as needed

Ensure treatment areas are clean and orderly

Clean equipment and treatment rooms before and after sessions

Ensure operation of therapy equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; follow manufacturer’s instruction; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs.

Complete daily temp checks on equipment.

Perform general clerical work, such as copying, faxing and filing of invoices/receipts

Monitor, review and/or complete DME paperwork for accurate billing

Assist therapist with setting up patient for treatment,

Assist with transfers and retrieval of equipment per direction of therapist.

Orient new volunteers and ensure that they are trained appropriately

Develop and maintain weekly volunteer schedule
Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School graduate or equivalent
-
Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength

Prior clerical or clinical experience preferred
Work Schedule and Hours

64 hours per two-week pay period

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
