Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hemp Product Technician to join our production team. The role involves the accurate and timely processing of finished hemp goods. Success in this position requires attention to detail, cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be available to work AM and/or PM shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Temper, mold, and package chocolate products with precision and care.
- Demold and package gummy / hard candy products efficiently.
- Consistently package and label edible hemp goods for retail sale.
- Meet company production standards with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications (Required):
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining focus on quality.
- Capable of performing repetitive fine motor tasks (e.g., gripping, twisting).
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to verse yourself with products and work as needed at events
Strongly Desired:
- Knowledge of chocolate production (tempering, molding).
- ServSafe or GMP Certificate.
- Previous experience in cannabis edible production.
- Interest and passion for the cannabis industry.
- Keen attention to detail with an emphasis on quality.
- Dedication to workplace safety and adherence to standards.
