- The Veterinary Assistant role on our team at Northern Veterinary Associates allows for a wide variety of responsibilities during the day. A majority of the time is involved with assisting the veterinarian or a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Tasks include animal handling, monitoring anesthesia, surgical prep of the pet, filling prescriptions, communicating with clients, inpatient care of patients, and much more. Applicants should enjoy a fast paced work environment and should also be very proficient at multitasking. The Veterinary Assistant profession can be a very rewarding one. We are looking for positive, energetic individuals that will have the best interest of our clients and patients deep in their hearts.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
