Duties
- Carefully trim and manicure cannabis buds to meet quality standards using hand tools and trimming scissors
- Remove excess leaves, stems, and debris to enhance product appearance and potency
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools to ensure a hygienic environment
- Support harvesting activities by organizing trimmed products for curing and packaging
- Follow safety protocols during all tasks, including heavy lifting and outdoor work, to prevent injury
Requirements
- Prior experience in the industry focused in Trimming
- Ability to identify different plant strains and recognize signs of plant health issues
- Mechanical knowledge of hand tools used for trimming and plant care
- Strong attention to detail with an energetic approach to repetitive tasks
- Must have a valid IIC and RIC card for Maine
