Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

Purpose:

Coordinate the shipping of both domestic and international freight, to and from NTIC and its suppliers and 3PL partners.

coordinate the safe storage of products in a warehouse setting.

Roles and responsibilities:

· responsible for the coordination of all inbound/outbound freight, and small parcel shipments.

· coordination/execution of cycle counts. including review and investigation of discrepancies.

· provide back up for intl.’ logistics manager, intl.’ business coordinator, warehouse coordinator, shipping/receiving.

· coordinate with outside vendors/agencies regarding the movement of freight.

· coordinate the supply of materials for shipping/receiving consumables.

· must be proficient in completing Bol’s, packing slips, and other forms used by freight carriers, including hazardous/dangerous goods documents/labels.

· must be able to calculate weights, dims. to estimate shipping costs.

· must be familiar with proper packaging practices/methods and interpret visual aids for specific customer packaging requirements.

· coordinate the arrangements for carrier pick up for customer routed freight.

· coordinate the receiving of goods, including entering information accurately into database.

· maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and efficient warehouse space.

· other duties as assigned.

Required:

· minimum 5 years warehouse/distribution experience.

· ERP Experience

· Quick to learn

· Good working knowledge with computers

· familiar with current material handling equipment and forklift certified.

Preferred but not required:

· Microsoft Dynamics GP experience

· SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience

Education Requirements:

· high school diploma, 2–4-year degree preferred.

· required to read, write, and speak English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.

· must have a current driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
