Northern Taphouse in Woodbury, MN is looking for an Assistant Manager(s).
Hourly Range: $25-$30/hour. Plus benefits and bonus!

The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership that is grounded in the Northern Taphouse values. Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and have a desire to grow. Our managers promote excellence by providing superior customer service and are responsible for staffing, scheduling, financial goals and staff development.
Managers will be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant, including restaurant appearance and presentation, customer experience, professional leadership and direction to all employees. Managers will also be responsible for selecting and training highly skilled service-oriented employees, and conducting training for employees to develop food and beverage knowledge and sales skills.
