What You'll Do
- Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and consistency
- Coach, train, schedule, and develop Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers
- Lead by example by working alongside your team during service
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, ordering, and financial performance
- Ensure recipe execution, portion control, presentation, and ticket time standards
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department compliance
- Create a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling
- Passion for scratch-made food and quality execution
- Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump on the line when needed
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
