WHAT WE DO

B2B outside sales is challenging which is exactly why it's so rewarding.

We're looking for the type of person who knows how to embrace the suck and push through to accomplish goals.

• This is primarily a new client acquisition role, building & growing a local book of business
• We train you to quickly become an expert at working with small to medium-sized businesses and self-employed business owners
• You'll interface daily with our custom Salesforce CRM to organize and simplify prospecting and follow up
• Within your first 30 days you'll become proficient at prospecting, follow up, setting up group enrollments, closing sales, and generating referrals
• Longer term (1 year and beyond) you will shift your business focus from client acquisition to reservicing existing clients and working with referrals

Unlimited Earnings: The better you do, the more you earn. Average first year earnings are just over $80,000. Many of our rookie agents (most of whom have no prior experience) earn over $100,000 their first year.

Lifetime-Vested Renewal Income. After 2 years with our agency, if you ever transition to a different career, you'll continue to receive renewal income from your entire book of business for as long as your clients keep their insurance policies.

Leadership Promotions Based on Performance. From training new agents, to leading a local sales team, or overseeing an entire region, all promotions are based on objective measures, not time or tenure.

On-the-Job Training with Top Performers. We believe in leadership by example, hence why our training program is built on you having the chance to shadow top performers in-the-field as well as having them shadow you.

Regular Business Reviews and Goal Setting Workshops. We believe everyone does better when they have dialed-in goals and their leaders are invested in their success; hence why we have a regular cadence of goal setting, goal reviews, and 1:1 coaching.

2-3 Incentive Trips Per Year (domestic and international). We believe in working hard AND playing hard, and the power of doing both together.
