Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience operating manual and CNC machine tools.
- Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification in tool making, machining, or a related field.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for tool design and programming.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:
