Compensation:$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
As an Orthodontic Dental Records and Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in patient interactions.
Patient Engagement:
- Associate with patients of all ages in a friendly and approachable manner
- Be a primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience
Clinical Tasks:
- Capture radiographs and photographs as part of the dental record
- Acquire digital scans for accurate treatment documentation
Lab Work:
- Fabricate retainers and other dental appliances with precision
- Work closely with patients to address their needs and concerns
- Pay attention to the small details that matter
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- This position is full-time - because part-time isn't enough awesome
- Connects easily with people and communicates like a pro — with patients, parents, and teammates
- Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat (or at least without showing it)
- Thrives in a busy, high-energy environment where no two days are the same
- Stays cool, collected, and organized — even when the schedule isn’t
