What You'll Do:
- Diagnose & Repair: Know your first call ahead of time, set up for success with a fully stocked van. Provide our customers with options that best serve their family and needs.
- Achieve Results: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategies to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Maintain and enhance our reputation by ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. NO high pressure sales.
- Build for the Future: Attend training programs to help you grow and stay ahead of industry trends and build on personal development.
- Have support: Our passionate office team supports you while you're in the field with open communication. Our leadership team wants to see you win and meets with you every 90 days to ensure we are all winning.
What We're Looking For:
- HVAC Experience: 2 years of HVAC Service or installation experience (preferred)
- HVAC Certification: HVAC certification or equivalent experience (EPA certification preferred)
- Results-Oriented: You're motivated by goals and thrive on delivering measurable success.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Drivers License: Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
