Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system
- Process customer invoices and credits
- File and maintain customer invoice records
- Assist with general office tasks as needed to support the team
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of office clerk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Reliable and dependable with sound judgment
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
$20.00 per hour (part-time, hourly permanent). Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
