We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Missoula, Montana. Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status before, during, and after procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between patients and providers, to support optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the medical office.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices in nursing care and orthopaedics.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Montana.
- Proven experience in a medical office or hospital setting, preferably in orthopaedics or critical care.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and patient assessment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
