Requirements
- Be the point person for our delivery and dispatch operations—driver schedules, routing, all the moving parts.
- Ensure that every customer delivery is accurate, efficient, and on time (bonus points if you're a map enthusiast).
- Lead and support your delivery team using Paylocity for scheduling, PTO, and performance tracking.
- Keep our vehicle fleet running smoothly by scheduling maintenance and collaborating with repair vendors.
- Collaborate daily with Pharmacy, Warehouse, and Long-Term Care to ensure deliveries meet customer needs.
- Track performance, delivery metrics, and expenses like a champ.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and encouragement—a positive culture starts with leadership.
Requirements
- Age 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (0 points).
- Experience in logistics or transportation management—you know how to lead a delivery operation.
- Familiarity with Maryland ZIP codes and routing (yes, Baltimore traffic counts as a skill).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office and Paylocity; routing software experience (Elite Extra, RxMile) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Brightree is a bonus—if you’ve used it before, we’d definitely want to speak with you.
