We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Field Inspector with some in-office responsibilities. Most of your time will be spent outside the office, traveling to various properties throughout the El Paso area. This role requires reliable transportation, car insurance, and bilingual proficiency (Spanish).
Field Inspector Responsibilities: field work includes, but is not limited to:
- Property inspections
- Lockbox additions/removals
- Serving and posting notices
- Property readiness checks
Fieldwork is compensated on a per-task basis, with the potential for an hourly wage ranging from $ 18 to $22 , depending on your speed and workload. In addition, you will receive a $250 car allowance per pay period (every two weeks) to cover expenses such as gas, insurance, and vehicle maintenance. 401 (k) with employer match, holiday pay and PTO are a few other employee benefits.
In-Office Responsibilities: in-office tasks will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Utilizing property management software
- Filing and organizing documents
- Addressing tenant inquiries both in person and over the phone
Office work will be compensated at $14.50 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses.
Work Schedule: Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 12:30-1:30 PM lunch break. You will be required to work these hours and be accountable during that time. While outside the office, you will need to check in with your progress on the daily punch list.
