Role Description The Pest Control Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Sparks, NV. The technician will inspect residential and commercial properties, identify pest issues, and implement appropriate treatment plans using approved products and methods. Daily tasks include performing scheduled service visits, applying pest control and weed control treatments, assisting with tree and bird control services, and documenting all work in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications
- Strong pest management skills, including Pest Control, Integrated Pest Management, and familiarity with PEST methodologies.
- Ability to perform outdoor property care, including Lawn Care, weed control, and basic tree health support.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, explaining services, and collaborating with team members.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel locally to customer sites.
- Capacity to work in varied weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
