What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst position at Northern Nevada HOPES?
The Data Analyst is here to create and ensure that HOPES has accurate and valid data systems to support the business and reporting needs and to support the needs of the Data Department.
Reporting to the VP of Technology and Infrastructure, the Data Analyst is responsible for data mining from different databases, creation and upkeep of critical information utilizing excel spreadsheets, tracking info for the different departments, support on recurring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting needs, data entry, utilizing and analyzing the data, and other related activities. These tasks will happen on a recurring basis and as requested. This individual will develop and provide the data department with accurate, valid and clear reports critical for analysis, presentations and reporting. The role involves significant discretion and independent judgment with the scope and depth of data collection and reporting impacting matters of significance related to data management and business operations.
