Summary

This**Housekeeper**opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient schedule. This position is for our**New Rehab Hospital**located in Northwest Reno. We are looking for a dynamic Floor Care Technician to

clean and maintain all carpeted and hard surfaces in the facility. Performs preventive maintenance on special floor equipment. Participates in the department's continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements

One to three (1-3) months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Responsibilities/Duties

Previous hospital experience preferred but not required.

• Performs cleaning and maintenance of all floors; carpets, tile, concrete and brick flooring.
• Performs restoration functions on highly soiled or worn areas
• Performs assigned tasks in a professional manner in order to reflect the highest integrity of the Environmental Services Department.
• Operates and maintains all equipment correctly and safely.
