This role promotes efficient patient flow while adhering to strict safety practices in both high-magnetic-field and radiation environments. Key responsibilities include supporting patient comfort, maintaining clean, organized and properly prepared scan rooms, and assisting technologists with non-diagnostic clinical tasks. The Imaging Medical Assistant also supports departmental operations by completing related administrative duties, as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program and/or Allied Health coursework preferred.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 6 months of hire.
