The position requires a highly skilled individual with working knowledge of lawn care and snow removal equipment such as commercial riding lawn mowers, push mowers, trimmers, blowers. Snow removal equipment such as plow truck, skid steer, quad runner and UTV with plows. Knowledge of lawn sprinkler systems would be recommended. This individual will help maintain all equipment and assist in repairs as needed, completed PM's on the computer system. This individual will work under the supervision of the Lead Grounds keeper and the Director of Facility Services.QualificationsPhysically capable of shoveling snow and heavy lifting in extreme weather conditions.Ability to maintain a cordial working relationship with all Hospital personnel.High school graduate or working on obtaining with basic knowledge and some experience in carpentry, mechanics, lawn and grounds care, and operation of lawn and grounds equipment.Possess a valid Montana driver's license with a clean driving record.Health, dental, life, disability and FLEX/HSA benefits available with retirement and 403-B.Salary commensurate with up to 10 years experience.The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this position.
