Requirements
- 1-2 Years Prior Sales Experience is a plus
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required oe willingnes to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- A Life, Health and Accident Insurance license is required prefered
- Complete all assigned training.
- Establish and develop customer relationships through effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Follow agency standards for quote quality preparation, sales presentations and customer service.
- Comply with all company rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop prospects for insurance product quotes.
- Contact leads through outbound telephone calls, inbound telephone calls, office visits and other customer interactions.
- Generate accurate quote information that encourages bundling.
- Maintain expected daily quote volume.
- Identify assets and assess risks for potential customers.
- Educate customers and prospects on available options for their insurance needs.
- Design and customize appropriate insurance proposals tailored to the customer's needs.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Track and record all assigned tasks in an applicant tracking system.
- Participate in marketing and lead generation activities such as events, community outreach, purchased leads and other lead generation activities.
