Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaner/Janitor – Identify and clean areas that are soiled, unkept, or dirty.
- Clean, inspect and maintain all areas as outlined by the scope of work including, private offices, public areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, etc.
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor, in a safe and effective manner in conjunction with our Core Values
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Use common cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, dusters, brooms, and others
Training – Monthly check-ins/training:
- Equipment tutorials
- Equipment maintenance
- Cleaning techniques
- Identifying “dirtiness”
- Performance standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)
- HS Diploma, or GED
- 18 years of age
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
- Work well alone and/or with team members (work is done individually, but team accomplishes larger goals)
