Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaner/Janitor – Identify and clean areas that are soiled, unkept, or dirty.
● Clean, inspect and maintain all areas as outlined by the scope of work including, private offices, public areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, etc.
● Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor, in a safe and effective manner in conjunction with our Core Values
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
● Use common cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, dusters, brooms, and others
Training – Monthly check-ins/training:
● Equipment tutorials
● Equipment maintenance
● Cleaning techniques
● Identifying “dirtiness”
● Performance standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)
● HS Diploma, or GED
● 18 years of age
● Able to pass a drug screen and background check
● Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
● Work well alone and/or with team members (work is done individually, but team accomplishes larger goals)
