Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, functional training, and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise programs.
Qualifications
- Current New York State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
- Proficiency in MS Word and comfort working with computer systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in outpatient or integrative medicine settings is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
