What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - L & D (Nights) position at Northern Louisiana Medical Center?
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Population: Inpatient pregnant women of various ages at different gestational ages, as well as women with a variety of Gynecological diagnosis. Patients are served pre and post operatively, during labor and delivery, during postpartum and antepartal complications.
