What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Surgical Services position at Northern Louisiana Medical Center and Careers?
The Director is the designated leader for all Surgical Services. Position is responsible for the patient population and assigned staff. The Director plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the unit activities. Position provides direction, support and guidance to the Nursing staff and aids in their development both clinically and professionally. 24 hour accountability of Surgical Services.
Must have an RN license for the State of Louisiana
