OTR CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver

Job Description:

• Schedule- OTR (5 nights out 2 home OR 10 Nights out, 2-3 weeks out) Flexible
• Workweek: Monday through Friday OR Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday
• Shift length: 10–12 hour shifts
• Pay rate: .56-.60 CPM Stop pay Tarping Compensation (based on experience)

Job Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A)
• Clean or acceptable driving record (MVR check)
• Must comply with FMCSA/DOT regulations (hours of service, logbooks, etc.)
• Previous truck driving experience (often preferred, NOT required)
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and defensive driving
• Ability to load, secure, and inspect cargo
• Basic ability to use GPS/navigation and electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet delivery schedules
• Ability to lift moderate weight (for tarping, securing freight, etc.)
• Good communication skills with dispatch and customers
• Willingness to work long hours, early mornings, or flexible routes depending on freight needs
