We're Hiring a BCBA | Neuroaffirming & Assent-Based Practice
We're growing and looking for a BCBA who believes that ethical, effective support starts with respect for autonomy, communication, and quality of life.
Our team is committed to providing behavior analytic services that are:
✅ Assent-based
✅ Trauma-informed
✅ Neurodiversity-affirming
✅ Collaborative with clients and families
✅ Focused on meaningful outcomes rather than compliance
Applicants must:
✔ Hold an active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
✔ Hold an active Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in good standing
✔ Reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia state border
✔ Be eligible to provide services in Georgia
We're seeking a clinician who:
• Values client autonomy and self-determination
• Prioritizes relationship-building and psychological safety
• Uses behavior analysis to expand opportunities, not to suppress identity
• Is committed to ongoing learning, reflection, and ethical practice
• Enjoys collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers
• Believes that the voices of autistic people and other neurodivergent individuals belong in conversations about support and intervention
What you'll find here:
✨ Reasonable caseload expectations
✨ Clinical autonomy and support
✨ A collaborative team culture
✨ Mentorship and professional growth opportunities
✨ A workplace that welcomes thoughtful discussion about ethics, assent, trauma-informed care, and neuroaffirming practice
We know there is no single "right" way to practice, and we're not looking for perfection. We're looking for clinicians who are curious, compassionate, reflective, and committed to providing services that honor the dignity of the people we serve.
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Assent-based treatment approaches
• Trauma-informed care frameworks
• Collaborative and caregiver-mediated interventions
• Supporting autistic individuals across the lifespan
• ACT, PFA/SBT, or other compassionate, contemporary ABA approaches
If this sounds like your kind of practice, we'd love to connect. In your application, tell us about a clinical practice, book, article, podcast, or autistic/neurodivergent creator that has influenced your thinking about ethical and affirming care. We'd love to hear about any neuroaffirming kids' books as well.
