Gould Hospital seeks a full-time, BE/BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to support our growing outpatient Sleep Medicine and Pulmonary Care practices in Fort Fairfield, Maine . Position Highlights :

• The Pulmonology and Sleep clinics provide care for patients with sleep disorders, as well as assisting with management of COPD, asthma, and other common respiratory disorders
• Care is supported by Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, & 4-bed, accredited Sleep Lab on hospital campus
• Staffing includes a COPD Nurse Navigator, Polysomnographic Technicians, & 24/7 Hospitalist team for support
• The clinic assists in arranging home medical equipment, home/in-lab sleep studies, management of diagnostics; adjusting CPAP and other devices as needed
• Cutting edge technology in sleep apnea such as Inspire
