Northern Light Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our well-established, patient-centered practice in Ellsworth, Maine. - Partner with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in preventative care and wellness initiatives
- Maintain continuity of care within a community-focused setting
