On-Site, Hybrid, or Tele-Psychiatry Opportunity on Dynamic Integrated Behavioral Health Team in Maine
Northern Light Acadia Hospital is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide on-site, hybrid, or tele-psychiatry services on our growing Integrated Behavioral Health team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing behavioral healthcare to patients of primary care practices associated with Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center. One year of experience as a PMHNP is required, two years is preferrable.
Our Integrated Behavioral Health team collaborates with medical practices to introduce practical real-world solutions to bridge the care gap between behavioral health and medical care. Our team is trained in brief, evidence-based interventions and can provide administrative and clinical supervision and training. This model has resulted in care that is consistently patient-centered, evidence-based, measurable, population-based, and accountable.
