Northern Landscape Management, Inc. is a woman-owned landscape maintenance and construction company serving HOA and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys client relationships, property walks, and turning ideas into well-executed projects.
Position: Account Manager
Location: Bay Area | In-person
Schedule: Full-time, Exempt
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 DOE commission
What You’ll Do• Manage relationships with HOA and commercial clients
• Conduct regular property walks and identify enhancement opportunities
• Prepare and present clear proposals and estimates
• Sell and manage enhancement projects and support maintenance renewals
• Coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and quality
• Collaborate with field leadership and ownership to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For• 5 years in landscape account management, estimating, or project management
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation, and plant materials
• Proven ability to build trust and grow accounts
• Organized, responsive, and confident in client-facing situations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (QuickBooks/estimating software a plus)
• Valid California driver’s license; Spanish bilingual a plus
Pay & Benefits• Base salary: $85K–$95K DOE
• Commission: 2% on enhancement and new contract sales (3% after year one)
• Employer-paid medical insurance (Kaiser) after 60 days
