Northern Lakes Property Collective is looking for a reliable, skilled, and versatile Part-Time Handyman & Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential homes, vacation properties, and other local properties.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and has experience in multiple areas of home and property maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance
- Install and repair flooring
- Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and general yard maintenance
- Pull and remove lake weeds and perform waterfront maintenance
- Seasonal property clean-up
- Snow removal and winter property maintenance
- Minor carpentry and repairs
- Replace fixtures, hardware, and other household items
- Help prepare properties for guests, owners, and new tenants
- Identify maintenance issues and communicate what needs attention
- Complete general upkeep of homes and vacation rental properties
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience with multiple types of home improvement and maintenance
- Is dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Has good attention to detail
- Can troubleshoot problems and figure out solutions
- Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Has reliable transportation
- Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Is willing to work seasonally as needed, including snow removal in the winter
- Has a positive, professional attitude when working at client properties
Experience in These Areas Is a Plus
Flooring Painting Carpentry Lawn Care Snow Removal Landscaping Dock/Waterfront Maintenance Plumbing Electrical Drywall General Repairs
You do not need to be an expert in everything, but we're especially interested in someone who is skilled in several areas and can tackle a variety of projects.
Position Details
Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Seasonal & Year-Round Work
Hours will vary based on property needs and season. There is potential for additional hours for the right person, especially during busy seasons and winter snow removal.
