PROJECT COORDINATOR - TRAVERSE CITY

This position will work closely with the Contract/Facilities Manager, Clinical Review Specialist and the Administrative Specialist. This position will be primarily responsible for completing monitoring of provider sites and compliance with contract requirements. This position will travel throughout the NLCMHA catchment area as well as other areas of the State to ensure ongoing monitoring occurs. Must have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions and prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis. This position requires considerable knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and the exercise of initiative, independent judgment and discretion in sharing information. High level computer skill set to learn, navigate and work in diverse software programs. This includes Agiloft (contracts), PCE (Nola rate setup), CRM (Customer Relationship Management for universal credentialing), DocuSign (electronic signatures for contracts) and various other platforms as assigned. Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft applications and Excel. New assignments are received in general outline and employee is expected to proceed with minimal supervision.
Essential Functions
Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
A minimum of five (5) years experience in secretarial and general office clerical work with preference for business administration experience.
Advanced Computer And Organizational Skills Required.
PAY: $53,270 - $60,270

Essential Functions
- Conduct annual site visits for all providers within the Provider Network.
- Maintain tracking mechanism to ensure timely completion of site visits for all Network Providers.
- Send timely response to site visits and create plans of correction as needed in response to site visits.
- Complete follow up to ensure compliance with plans of correction, supporting providers with options to become compliant with requirements.
- Complete the monthly AFC Licensing Review to determine any changes in Network Provider licensure.
- Create and implement systematic responses for follow up with Network Providers to obtain follow up when licensure changes occur.
- Assist with credentialing for completion of contracts with new and renewing providers.
- Ongoing communication with Network Management Team to identify any concerns or issues of contract noncompliance with Network Providers.
- Assist in other areas of Network Management Team as needed.
- Monitor training for Network Providers as required in provider contract and work with Training Department to ensure compliance.
- Work with providers and Training Department to assist in identifying necessary resources for mandatory training.
- Assist with coordinating and facilitating six county provider meetings.
- Create New Provider Contract Files in Agiloft (contracts).
- Credential New Providers through OIG, SAM, LARA and Medicaid Sanctioned Provider to ensure they are eligible for contract.
- Upload credentialing documentation to Agiloft for contract review.
- Backup to Contracts and Facilities Administrative Specialist with Agiloft and contract needs.
- HCBS (Home and Community Based Services) Point Person for NMRE (Northern Michigan Regional Entity) required projects and surveys.
- Audit Fiscal Intermediaries for NMRE Compliance.
- Create and Document Data Analytics for Financial Board Committee.
- Attend Financial Board Committee.
- Create profiles and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for Universal Credentialing for Organizational and Individual Practitioners to ensure compliance.
- Point Person for Quality and Compliance audit documentation and upload.
- Re-credential providers at contract renewal through OIG, SAM, LARA, and Medicaid Sanctioned Provider.

- This position may require irregular hours.
