Manufacturing Engineer - Entry-level (Die Cast)

About the Role:

We are looking for an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to join our die casting team. This role is perfect for a recent engineering graduate or early-career candidate who enjoys hands-on work and solving problems on the production floor. You will support process improvements, quality issues, and day-to-day engineering needs within our die cast operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist with optimizing die casting and secondary machining processes
• Collect and analyze production data to support improvement projects
• Help troubleshoot casting defects and support root-cause analysis
• Update work instructions, process sheets, and documentation
• Support new equipment/tooling installation and testing
• Partner with production, maintenance, tooling, and quality teams
• Participate in Lean/5S and continuous improvement activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field

(Associate degree with hands-on experience also considered)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing
• Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills and comfort working on the production floor

Nice to Have:

• Internship/co-op experience in manufacturing
• Exposure to die casting, machining, or metal processing
