A leading architecture firm is seeking an accomplished Office Managing Director to oversee a thriving and expanding office. This senior leadership role is responsible for building strong relationships with both current and prospective clients, ensuring outstanding project delivery, and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident yet approachable presence and outstanding presentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the strategic vision for the regional office.

Collaborate with senior leadership and leverage firm-wide resources to achieve strategic goals.
Operational Oversight:

Ensure the successful delivery of services, foster a positive office culture, and implement effective operational processes.

Oversee client relations, monitor project team performance, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Marketing & Business Development:

Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Partner with marketing and business development teams to expand the firm’s presence and build lasting client relationships.
Management & Staff Development:

Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development among staff.

Lead recruitment efforts to further strengthen an already talented team.
Here's What You'll Need:

Prior experience in K-12, Higher Education, Civic, or Healthcare market sectors is required, with a strong preference for K-12.

Must be a Registered Architect in the state of residence.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, including at least 10 years managing project teams and processes.

Deep familiarity with the Miami metropolitan area and its unique cultural and business landscape is strongly preferred; ideally, candidates will have lived in the area for 10 years or more.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly valued, given the diverse population of Miami and the need to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients and stakeholders.
