The 50 person growing studio is seeking a Construction Administrator (licensure required) with healthcare experience to join their growing collaborative firm! (The position could be located in either the LA or San Diego office. Remote work options are available, but candidates must be based in California.)

Overall Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will possess the skills and motivation to operate independently as a Construction Project Administrator, providing comprehensive administrative support to multiple Project Managers.
Job Responsibilities

Construction Documentation: Interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution.

Project Coordination: Manage project timelines and contractor schedules to maintain efficient workflow.

Risk Management: Analyze and resolve potential risks associated with contract changes, safeguarding the organization's interests.

Change Order Management: Prepare drawing change orders as required for scope changes.

RFI Coordination: Prepare and track construction requests for information (RFIs) to ensure timely resolution of project queries.

Submittal Processing: Coordinate and process submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Meeting Documentation: Record and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
