The Structural Division
The Structural Division specializes in comprehensive structural engineering planning and design services, including structural assessments and forensics investigations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Produce or create structural drawings.
Produce or create structural plans and detail sheets.
Review engineering redlines and mark-ups and ensure all items have been picked up prior to any issuance.
Review the work of other BIM and engineering personnel to ensure accuracy and conformance to design requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, owners, etc. to resolve various coordination items as required throughout the life of the project.
Perform work assignments in accordance with the required project scope, timeline, and per all adopted BIM standards.

Minimum 10 years of experience in professional drafting

Experience in structures for building

Proficient in REVIT Structural, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
